Honey. Eggs. Milk. Meat.
All raw. Zero fiber. No plant toxins. One Meal A Day.

That is the whole diet. Four foods, eaten once a day. Everything else on this site is detail about how I actually run it.

The short version

  • Four foods. Raw honey, raw eggs, raw milk, raw meat.
  • One meal a day. One sitting, eat until full, then nothing until tomorrow.
  • No fiber. No vegetables, no grains, no fruit, no seed oils.
  • Fasts. A 48-hour fast now and then, by the same rules: nothing but water and salt.
  • Training. Lift heavy a few times a week, walk the rest.

The day

I eat in the evening. One plate, built from the four foods, in whatever ratio the day asks for. Honey for fuel, milk for volume, eggs and meat for everything else. I stop when I am full, not when a number says so. Then I close the kitchen until tomorrow.

The 48-hour fast

Once in a while I skip a day. No food, water and salt only, and I keep training light and keep walking. The meal that breaks it is a normal one: the same four foods, no celebration, no reintroduction plan.

Training

Resistance training two to four times a week, short and heavy. Walking daily. Nothing elaborate, nothing that needs a recovery drink.

The guide is a short PDF with the protocol written out properly: what to buy, how to prepare it, how the fasts fit in, and the mistakes I made first. It sits in the shop.

This is what I do, not medical advice.
